Unloading bay or ๊ฑด๋ฌผ ์™ธ๋ถ€์— ๊ฐ€์„ค์žฌ๋ฅผ ์„ค์น˜ํ•˜๊ณ  Operation floor Skid Rail์„ ์„ค์น˜ํ•œ๋‹ค.

Skid Rail ์œ„์— Moving Gantry๋ฅผ ์กฐ๋ฆฝํ•˜์—ฌ 160ton HIP, 380ton STG๋ฅผ ์ธ์–‘ ๋ฐ ์ด๋™ ์„ค์น˜ํ•œ๋‹ค.

Gantry์˜ ์ด๋™์€ Hilman Roller 4๊ธฐ์™€ Pulling Jack 2๊ธฐ๋ฅผ ์‚ฌ์šฉํ•˜์—ฌ ์ด๋™ํ•œ๋‹ค.

๋‹ค์–‘ํ•œ ํ˜„์žฅ์กฐ๊ฑด์— ๋งž๋Š” ์ตœ์ ์˜ Plan์œผ๋กœ 90° ํšŒ์ „์„ ํ•ด์„œ ์„ค์น˜ํ•˜๊ธฐ๋„ ํ•œ๋‹ค.


Install a support outside the unloading bay or building and put a skid rail on the operation floor.

Assemble the moving gantry on the skid rail and install the Strand jack system on the top.

If the 160tonHIP & 380ton GEN are SPMT to the installation structure location, prepare to lifting.

Moving gantry is moved to the installation location using 4nos rollers and 2nos pulling jacks.

It is also installed by rotating the installation 90º with the optimal plan for various field conditions.
