21층 빌딩을 안전하게 해체하기 위하여 국내 최초로 건물상부에 Over Head Crane 3대 및 이를 지지하는 (L65 X W 21m)구조물 750ton Truss를

레벨 편차를 최소 20mm 이내로 Lowering을 위해 L100 Jack 14sets & Computer control system을 사용하여 1개 층 약 5m씩 바닥 슬라브 해체 수순에 맞추어 3층까지 Jack Down 하는 공법으로 완료.

In order to safely dismantle the 21-story building, three over head crane on the top of the building and a 750ton truss supporting it (L65XW21m) structure are completed by jack down to the third floor with the dismantling procedure of 5m on the floor in accordance with the L100 Jack 14sets & Computer system for sophisticated Lowering with a level deviation of at least 20mm.
